Los Angeles, California – Reported by Elite Traveler, the Private Jet Lifestyle Magazine
Adding to the buzz surrounding The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles’ upcoming opening, the hotel has announced that Wolfgang Puck, one of the nation’s most celebrated chefs, will open a new restaurant on the hotel’s 24th floor.
Set to open in April, WP24 by Wolfgang Puck will feature refined Asian-inspired cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in addition to offering stunning panoramic views of the Los Angeles skyline.
Puck created the menu in collaboration with Chef Lee Hefter, Managing Partner and Executive Corporate Chef of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, and has signed David McIntyre, a veteran of Spago Beverly Hills, on as Executive Chef. The interiors were designed by LA-based firm ICRAVE, whose past ventures have included Sushi Samba Strip in Las Vegas and Abe Arthurs in New York. The layout includes a spacious dining room and lounge, a wine cave and two private dining rooms.
Of this new partnership, Puck said, “I am thrilled to be partnering with The Ritz-Carlton again and to be a part of the first luxury hotel to open downtown. Given my longstanding relationship with the city of Los Angeles, it is an honor to continue my involvement with the renaissance of downtown, especially L.A. LIVE.”
