Spanish porcelain brand Lladró unveiled their latest initiative at New York’s New Museum last week.
Entitled “The Guest,” the groundbreaking new project joins innovative artists from around the world with designers from Lladró’s renowned atelier. The collection’s first pieces reflect the unique style of each collaborator, including Spanish artist and designer Jaime Hayon, American artist Tim Biskup and Japan’s Studio Devilrobots. Three different “Guests” are available in two sizes each (small and large), and limited to just 250 units of the large and a numbered series of the small.
Each piece has been meticulously handcrafted at Lladró’s workshops in Valencia, using the brand’s traditional artisan process in close partnership with the artists.
