New York, NY – Reported by Elite Traveler, the Private Jet Lifestyle Magazine
This month, fine jewelry label Tamsen Z opens the doors to its first flagship boutique on Manhattan’s Madison Avenue.
The chic new retail space occupies an impressive 1,600 square feet over two floors, with interiors overseen by designer and founder Tamsen Ann Ziff. The Upper East Side location, at 783 Madison Avenue between 66th and 67th streets, places Tamsen Z in the company of some of the city’s most luxurious retailers.
The store’s unique design makes it the perfect home for Tamsen Z’s stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces. The 18-foot ceiling is highlighted by grand Austrian crystal chandeliers, recreations of those found in the Metropolitan Opera House. The gems themselves are displayed in Maccasar ebony and claro walnut burl cases, set upon a custom carpet designed by Ziff herself.
“We are elated to open our doors on Madison Avenue this fall,” said Ziff of the new outpost. “The goal is to create a unique and welcoming environment where clients and collectors can learn about the unusual gems and minerals in each piece.”
