Refashioned Classics is the newest cocktail festival to debut at Two E Bar/Lounge at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel on New York’s Central Park starting September 25 through November 20. Drink in inventive concoctions steeped in The Pierre’s 82 years of debutante balls, elegant state dinners and bar classics, as imagined by resident mixologists Paul Johnson and Chris Juell, under the direction of Sachin Hasan. Be the first to sample this eclectic new menu of specialty cocktails with the season’s freshest ingredients and modern touches such as lychee, yuzu, and lemon verbena tea, certain to become signature drinks for the next generation.

The new menu launches during Two E Bar/Lounge’s live jazz series that takes place every Tuesday night. On September 25, patrons of the lounge will enjoy an evening of complimentary tastings, recipes and interactive how-to’s with master mixologist Sachin Hasan. One drink not to be missed? The Pierre Sparkle – it will leave you luminous. Promise.

Other specialty cocktails include Charles’ Sazerac, a modern take on the classic with Patron Añejo Tequila, Tennyson Absinthe, Peychauds Bitter, and Homemade Dark Brown Syrup; JP Getty’s Gimlet, made with Stolichnaya Lemon, Befeeter Gin & St. Germain; My Fair Lady of Café Pierre with Cruzán Light Rum, Amaretto & Pineapple Juice; and the Star of Taj, made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, Chartreuse Green, Tennyson Absinthe Crème de Cassis, Passion Fruit, Orange Juice, and an Indian Spice Mix of Curry Leaves, Cardamom and Peppercorn.
