Since 1970, Zilli has been an internationally renowned name in luxury men’s fashion, with 37 freestanding boutiques and 100 points of sale in over 30 countries worldwide. Now the French house is bringing their special brand of je ne sais quoi stateside with the opening of their first-ever US flagship boutique in New York City.
The spacious design, with a generous 2,500 square feet of browsing room, allows for an appropriately elegant and uncluttered display of Zilli’s luxury wares. In a nod to the city’s Art Deco era, dark mahogany and cream leather are adorned with gold and marble accents for an atmosphere that’s both opulent and inviting. A custom-made chandelier, inspired by the pattern in Zilli’s signature silk lining, adds warmth to the space.
In keeping with its origins as a small, family-run factory specializing in leather and fur, the brand has become well-known for its use of high-quality leathers and exotic skins like crocodile, even as the line has expanded over the years into outerwear, knitwear, tailored clothing, eyewear, luggage, and more. The New York flagship will feature a broad spectrum of the brand’s offerings, from the ready-to-wear collection to accessories and footwear.
The new Zilli boutique will be located on the ground floor of the Four Seasons Hotel at 57 East 57th Street in New York, and is set to open this September.
