COMO Hotels and Resorts’ Parrot Cay in the Turks & Caicos is the northern Caribbean’s pre-eminent private island, wrapped in sweeps of sand and peaceful seas featuring the region’s best spa.

It combines nature—1,000 unspoiled acres, a mile-long powdered beach—with re- laxed luxury and the award-winning COMO Shambhala Retreat, which offers a range of holistic, Asian-inspired therapies including reflexology and ayurveda, as well as a fully equipped gym. Accommodations, in whitewash with chic teak finishing, include beachside houses and villas. The island also features private residences, offering absolute privacy away from the main resort. Parrot Cay’s two restaurants serve gourmet cuisine as well as organic, healthful COMO Shambhala fare.

Complementing the resort’s main accommodations are a stunning selection of newly available privately owned villas, ranging in size from three- and five-bedroom villas, to sprawling villa complexes that are perfect for larger parties seeking the utmost luxury and privacy.

The Residence complex features a five-bedroom main house (with a 1,000-square-foot master bedroom and 2,700-square-foot infinity pool), as well as two three-bedroom villas on either side, while the sublime Sanctuary, situated on 10.5 acres of land, has three bedrooms in the main house and four in each of two guest houses.

Designed and built by Parrot Cay, these expansive estates are exquisitely landscaped to maximize privacy and positioned to enjoy magnificent views of the leeward lagoon. Interiors share a pared-down beach-chic aesthetic, blending the neutral colors of sun-bleached oak and pale Caicos stone with crisp white cottons. Discreet yet attentive butler service, the latest entertainment technology, sumptuous meals (fully inclusive) and substantial outdoor living space, complete with pools and Jacuzzis, round out the five-star offerings of these truly luxe retreats.
