The Best Luxury Hotels and Suites in Arizona

From its southern deserts to the Colorado Plateau, Arizona is home to some of the finest hotels in the US.

By Toby Louch

Only achieving statehood on February 14, 1912, Arizona was the final and 48th of the contiguous states to be admitted to the Union. Today tourists flock to Arizona in part for its varied landscape. Its southern desert climate brings hot summers and mild winters, while in the north, the terrain shifts to pine forests, the Colorado Plateau and mountain ranges that include ski resorts by Flagstaff, Sunrise and Tucson. It’s no surprise that visitors to the beautiful state of Arizona will also be looking to stay in some of this region’s best hotels.

From classic established luxury brands like The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriot and Luxury Collection to more boutique affairs like The Hermosa Inn, whatever travelers may be looking for, the state of Arizona can provide.
