London is home to an array of incredible spas, dotted throughout its ever-growing collection of luxury hotels. Now, the capital is set to welcome yet another wellness haven, set within Mandarin Oriental Mayfair.
Designed by Tokyo-based studio, Curiosity, the subterranean spa at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair will welcome its first guests in early 2024, when the hotel opens its doors. Renderings reveal a sleek, stylish wellness space with low-level gold lights setting the tone.
Described by Curiosity as a “hub of nature and art”, guests will enter the spa through a tranquil lobby with a green Ming marble reception desk.

As well as an 82-foot heated pool, the spa at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair will feature a sauna, steam rooms, experience showers, and a state-of-the-art gym.
Perhaps most exciting of all is the assortment of treatments on offer, spanning everything from OTO’s CBD massage experiences to science-backed anti-aging skincare from Swiss Perfection.

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair has crafted two exclusive experiences inspired by the hotel’s surroundings: a four-handed Tranquillity of Mayfair massage therapy and a signature Elegance of Mayfair facial. The spa’s treatment menu will also nod to the hotel’s Asian heritage with the inclusion of the signature Oriental Qi full body and face massage using essential oils from its bespoke range.
Demonstrating the luxury brand’s commitment to keeping up to date with all the latest wellness innovations, cutting-edge biohacking treatments will be available. Each 22-minute session focuses on a key area like stress release or mindfulness. Jet-setting guests can also make the most of the NAD+ vitamin-boosting IV infusions to support a healthy immune system and increase energy levels.
Alongside these treatments, Mandarin Oriental Mayfair has partnered with Bodyspace to offer a range of personalized lifestyle performance services from personal training sessions to nutritional consultations.
