Spa Services

Mulia Spa / The Mulia, Mulia Resort & VillasAdapting the principal of the ancient spa wisdom, Sanus Per Aquam, or healing through water, Mulia Spa offers a holistic approach to all spa lovers. Complete with internationally certified and skilled therapists, the spa has a comprehensive treatment menu of Balinese, Indonesian, and a fusion of Asian and western techniques suited to each guest’s personal needs. Stimulating water therapies and an experience in the wellness suite will create a journey that brings your body to perfect synergy and equilibrium. In addition to 20 treatment rooms, the spa houses Asia Pacific’s first Ice Room, created by an award winning Italian Spa specialist. At -1 degrees Celsius, the Ice Room is reminiscent of an Icefall Crystal fountain and is designed to complement the spa’s hot-cold therapy, where clients alternate between steamy and icy environments. The sudden and extreme change in temperatures stimulates body circulation, which is highly beneficial to the immune system.

Ice Room at Mulia Spa / The Mulia, Mulia Resort & VillasMulia Spa’s signature Wellness Suite’s Finnish sauna and emotional steam room purify the skin while the aroma-scented steam with its gentle heat and reduced humidity transports the body into a state of total relaxation. The two Sweet Spa hammam tables are ideal for deep cleansing, body scrubs, sea salt exfoliation, and mud wraps. The unique chromatherapy system is designed to offer gentle light therapy to help relieve the symptoms of stress, anxiety, and dispiritedness. The LED system is throughout the Wellness Suite.

The hot and cold water pools are excellent for metabolism, detox, and jetlag, and the outdoor oxygenated hydrotherapy pool, surrounded by Frangipani trees and lemongrass, eases tension from the body. The Mulia Spa also offers an outdoor meditation area for yoga and the Zen Spa Bar features natural, locally grown fruit juices, and herbal infusions. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and a team who can help guests create an integrated holiday fitness regime.
