  • andBeyond Opens Suyian Lodge in North Kenya

    andBeyond has officially opened andBeyond Suyian Lodge, the first and only retreat within the 44,000-acre Suyian Conservancy.

    Set in Northern Kenya’s lesser-visited Laikipia region, the Afro-Wabi-Sabi lodge gives guests access to some of the area’s most endangered species, including Grevy’s zebras, Laikipia hartebeests, reticulated giraffes, African wild dogs and the elusive black leopard. As well as offering traditional game drives, the luxury resort also offers guests the chance to explore the plateau via both horseback and helicopter. The exclsuive lodge is home to just 14 suites, alongside a wellness center with two treatment rooms, a steam room, cold plunge, gym and a shaded yoga deck.

  • Bulgari Resort and Mansions Bodrum Reveals First Completed Mansion

    Bodrum, Turkey

    Bulgari Resort and Mansions Bodrum has unveiled the first completed residence in its branded residential project, which will comprise 101 seafront and hillside Mansions scattered across a secluded peninsula.

    The newly completed six-bedroom Mansion spans two floors and features a double-height living room, dining area, kitchen, Technogym-equipped private fitness room and a massage suite. Each Mansion will be designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, and will range in size from three to six bedrooms,

    Future residents will have privileged access to the forthcoming Bulgari Resort Bodrum’s amenities, including Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, the Bulgari Spa and two private beach clubs. Set to become the 11th property in the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts portfolio, Bulgari Resort Bodrum is currently slated to open by 2027.

  • Coworth Park Reopens Redesigned Residence Dower House

    Berkshire, UK

    Dorchester Collection’s Coworth Park has reopened three-bedroom residence Dower House following its restoration by British interior designer Martin Hulbert.

    Originally built in 1775, the lakeside Tudor-style cottage has been reimagined in a palette of earthy tones, with oak floors and open fires, reflecting the hues of the property’s 240 acres of English countryside. The refreshed house features three ensuite bedrooms, a study and multiple generous living spaces. A new addition, The Nook, offers guests a personal wine room stocked with sommelier-selected wines and spirits.

  • Edition and El Silencio Announce Exclusive Ibiza Pop-up

    Ibiza, Spain

    From August 15–31, Edition is partnering with El Silencio in Ibiza for The Summer Edition, a two-week beach club residency, with curated DJ sets and sunset sails on an eco-catamaran.

    Set within a secluded cove on Ibiza’s western coast, the collaboration with bring Edition’s signature aesthetic, as well as their food and beverage menu, poolside.
