Air Culinaire Worldwide has expanded its global vendor sourcing team to support the growth of the company’s network of catering partners. The global in-flight catering network currently stands at more than 1,000 vendors and continues to grow as demand for in-flight catering rises internationally.
“We’re growing our sourcing team to be able to better provide our clients the highest quality culinary services at additional destinations around the world,” said Jennifer Walton, Vice President of Client Services, Air Culinaire Worldwide. “The experience and expertise the team brings enables us to vet additional locations, so that we can offer our clients a higher level of service at destinations where ordering catering can be more challenging.”

Marianna Dniprovska, Asia, Australasia, and Europe regions; Chad Bouanene, Middle East, Africa, and Europe regions; Jacky Quiabazza, Central America, South America and Caribbean regions; and Brandi Pelfrey, International Network Manager. Heading up the team is Karl Scheblein, Global Vendor Manager, who has over 25 years of experience as a manager, proprietor and sourcing specialist for large restaurant chains.
“We’re investing in the right people with the right expertise, so we can expand our network, adding the types of catering partners that meet our clients’ needs,” said Paul Schweitzer, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Air Culinaire Worldwide. “We are excited to offer this highly personalized service to the business aviation community.”
