Blagnac, France – Reported by Elite Traveler, the Private Jet Lifestyle Magazine
Airbus Corporate Jet Centre (ACJC), the specialist in ACJ VIP cabin completion and associated services, has delivered its fourth VVIP cabin, for an undisclosed customer in the Middle East. This is the third VVIP cabin delivered in 2009 by ACJC.
This cabin design makes full use of the extra space afforded by the Airbus ACJ’s wide and tall cabin. It features a forward area divided in two parts: a dining area, with Club 4 and Club 2 seating, and a lounge area that has 2 sofas and 4 adjustable cocktail tables. The aft cabin offers a VIP area with “mini-suite executive” seats, all convertible into beds and equipped with 20’’ LCD monitors, pull-out tables and retractable “Ottoman seats”. The cabin also includes a bedroom with an electrically operated bed and a bathroom with shower.
The cosy atmosphere created by noble materials, including semi-precious stones, bird-eyes marble, nubuck, leather and wood, plus a mood-lighting system, is reinforced by the amazing quietness in the cabin.
The Airbus ACJ cabin also features electrically operated seats, convertible into beds and equipped with new touch-screen technology, and advanced passenger entertainment & communications – including a PFIS (Passenger Flight Information System), Internet via Wifi and Audio & Video On Demand.
“Our goal to deliver three VVIP cabins in 2009 has been successfully achieved and demonstrates our success in becoming the specialist for Airbus Corporate Jet cabin completion. After two years and half in the business, we will further improve our capabilities in 2010 by delivering more cabins and offering tailored services to Airbus Corporate Jet customers”, says Benoit Defforge, Airbus Corporate Jet Centre CEO.
