Lausanne, SWIT – In the wake of both a complete renovation and the creation of one of the most beautiful spas in Europe, Lausanne’s Beau-Rivage Palace is now giving attention to the rebirth of the hotel’s gastronomic restaurant, entrusting its renaissance to star chef, Anne-Sophie Pic, currently the only French woman to hold the Michelin Guide’s coveted 3-Star rating.
Anne-Sophie Pic’s association with the Beau-Rivage Palace will be her first venture outside the city of Valence in southeastern France, where she will continue to operate the original restaurant that bears her name.
Shared principles are what brought Anne-Sophie Pic and the Beau-Rivage Palace together. Each is proud of its long and prestigious history, each strives for excellence and each specializes in expressing a lifestyle that is both unique and refined.
Anne-Sophie Pic and the Beau-Rivage Palace have come together to achieve a new level of excellence and are committed to energizing a historic tradition.
The opening of Anne-Sophie Pic at the Beau-Rivage Palace is planned for Spring 2009.
