The lobby of the historic Forbes Building, located in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, is now the site of a new exhibit that showcases the collections and history of Paris-based Swiss luxury watch brand Bell & Ross. Known for their high-end instrument watches designed for professional use, the brand’s mission has always been to deliver clear and reliable timepieces to professionals through its four principles of performance, precision, readability and water-resistance.
On display are 23 watches in six showcases, including signature pieces from the BR01 and BR03 collections based on aeronautic instrumentation; watches from its diving and professional collections such as the BR02 diving watch and the Hydromax timepiece, water-resistant to a record-breaking 11,100 meters; pieces from the Vintage, ’40s-era-inspired collection, and the Geneva collection; and two from its Function collection, which feature modern multifunctional movements.
The Forbes Building is located at 60 Fifth Avenue and the exhibit is now on display in the lobby entrance.
