Cap Cana and NH Hotels with its Sotogrande brand, presented in the Dominican Republic and Europe their new real estate and tourism product of “Sotogrande at Cap Cana,” which is strategically located adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Las Iguanas golf course, and has 500 linear meters of private beach.
Sotogrande at Cap Cana will have a construction surface area of approximately 124,000 square meters developed in three phases. This project is the fruit of the alliance of three great corporations: Cap Cana, NH Hotels Group, and Caja Duero.

The real estate development project has 352 residential units distributed among 32, 3- and 4-story buildings. The project is composed of different models which include 90 m studio apartments to 350 m three-bedroom penthouses. The apartments will have jacuzzis, exterior bathrooms, modular kitchens, and terraces. The common amenities will include 5 swimming pools, parking for owners, and special parking zones for golf carts. In addition, all these apartments have the option of being included in a rental program. The surface area of the residential real estate is divided between 45,000 m of interiors, and 17,600 m of exteriors.
The hotel part of the development consists of a boutique hotel of 88 bedroom suites, distributed among 21 buildings of 2, 3, and 4-stories. The 2-bedroom suites will be located on the lower levels, and the Master Suites will be located on the upper floors.
Likewise, as a complement, there will be 56 apartments (condo-hotel type) distributed among 14, 4-story buildings each, which will offer hotel service for 112 bedrooms managed by NH Hotels.

In total, 200 hotel rooms will be available all with facilities for reception, parking, Business Center, commercial shops, restaurants, Convention Center, and spa, swimming pool, beauty salon, gymnasium, among others.
To present this alliance, Cap Cana, NH Hotels and Caja Duero held a series of events in Europe and Dominican Republic. The first of these events was held in London, the second in Madrid and the third event in Cap Cana, with a whole weekend of social and sports activities.
