Guests will choose from events such as an intimate tour of the famous Stingray City with Eric Ripert as he makes a conch ceviche; a beachside cooking demonstration highlighting Ingrid Hoffman’s Simply Delicioso style; or a wine tasting with Food & Wine’s Ray Isle on Seven Mile Beach.
Saturday, January 17th will feature a special “Cooks” tour to Cayman’s historic Pedro St. James Castle with Tony Bourdain. Tony will personally guide guests through a taste of Cayman, sampling the freshest local cuisine presented by Caymanians including delicacies such as conch and cassava from at one of the most breathtaking seaside settings.
