Chef James Boyce Introduces Cooking Classes At Montage Laguna Beach

LAGUNA BEACH, CALIF. – SoCal star chef James Boyce of Studio at the Montage Laguna Beach resort will offer intimate three-course cooking lessons April and November in 2009. These hands-on cooking classes ar limited to 10 participants and devoted to a special seasonal topic selected by the award-winning Chef Boyce to do justice to the market’s freshest ingredients

This planned schedule includes April 4: First of Spring’s Flavors April 11: Vegetarian Delights April 18: Fish Three Ways April 25: Grilling Poultry & Vegetables November 7: Three-course Thanksgiving Dinner November 14: Christmas Canapés November 21: Alternative Holiday Dining November 28: New Year’s Eve Brunch

The cost of $500 per person, per class includes a monogrammed chef’s coat, all recipes, the hands-on cooking class and a three-course meal accompanied by wine and/or non-alcoholic beverage.
