Chef Pino Lavarra Presents an Autumn Gourmet Tour

“The Damiani 90th Anniversary Celebration” Menu

Inspired by iconic fine Italian jewelry brand Damiani’s 90th Anniversary Collection, Michelin-starred Chef Pino Lavarra created a five-course dinner menu with a modern style that reaffirms the idea that culinary arts and jewelry-making traditions are reflected in today’s craftsmanship and recreated into another level of style and excellence.

Date: From October 15 to November 30, 2014
Time: 6 pm – 10:30 pm
Price: HK$1,680 per guest for a four-course set dinner
HK$1,880 per guest for a five-course set dinner

White Truffle Lunch

Many flutter with joy at the first arrival of autumn’s true gems at Tosca. The earthy and heavenly aroma and taste of this white diamond will highlight Chef Pino’s fall menu. For an additional HK$98 to the price of the three-course lunch menu, white truffle will be generously shaved over your selected appetizer, pasta or main course.

Monday to Friday
Time: 12 noon – 2:30 pm
Price: HK$418 per guest for a three-course lunch
One selected course (appetizer, pasta or main) with shaved white truffle at an additional HK$98 per person

A Starry Culinary Encounter –  Three Michelin-starred guest chef Andreas Caminada

Swiss-born Chef Andreas Caminada is often referred to as  the youngest three-star chef in Europe. His impressively  artistic and inventive approach to European gourmet earned  his restaurant the No. 42 spot on “The World’s 50 Best  Restaurants” list in 2014, with a succession of  three Michelin stars since 2004. Invited by Chef Pino, Chef Caminada will present a journey of the senses at Tosca, showcasing the very best of his acclaimed creations.
