NEW YORK — Destination Club One Key plans to enter ten additional destinations through 2008, with near-term additions to include Pebble Beach CA, Sonoma County CA, and Kiawah SC, Elite Traveler has learned.
One Key offers potential members the option of three Travel Cards: 15, 25, or 45 nights – for use in any increment – in premier homes worldwide through a one-time membership fee of $39,900, $59,900 and $99,900, respectively.
“One Key is the next generation destination club,” said Jay Sapovits, founder and CEO of One Key. “We recognize that writing a six-figure check isn’t easy, especially if you don’t have the time to enjoy the large nightly commitment per year. Vacation time is precious so we wanted to offer a simple and flexible solution that allowed travelers to make the most use of their membership, without the considerable upfront capital or long-term commitment.”
One Key’s business model is unlike many other clubs that focus on real estate acquisition and asset-building.
Currently, members can select from 30 destinations and over 425 homes in locations such as Los Cabos, Maui, St.Barths, Anguilla, Telluride, Bachelor Gulch, and Tuscany. C.
