Guests can journey back in time, from the Jurassic period to the peace and love era of the sixties, while staying at timeless hotels and resorts that have become a part of history themselves.

With museums, orchestras and stunning architecture, Boston is a wonderful city to experience the arts. As the official hotel of the Boston Symphony Orchestra (BSO), The Fairmont Copley Plaza is pleased to offer guests the opportunity to experience a performance at Symphony Hall with its Perfect Harmony Package. Located just steps from the historic hotel, the BSO is one of the world’s premier orchestral organizations and has a great standing in the city of Boston. This year, the expansion of the Dallas Arts District will be complete, and ideally located in the heart of this trendy downtown scene is The Fairmont Dallas. The 132,000 square foot museum is shared by four major theme galleries filled with one-of-a-kind exhibits, workshops and labs, and has become one of California’s most popular attractions.

Almost 40 years ago, John Lennon and Yoko Ono chose to hold their Bed-In for Peace in Suite 1742 of Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. To commemorate the historic event, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, in partnership with Yoko Ono, will curate the exhibit Imagine: John & Yoko’s Pacifist Anthem. A free exhibit, the display will highlight the wide-ranging artistic and musical dialogue that took place in the name of peace, and will run from April 2 to June 21, 2009.

In addition, Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth is offering an Imagine Package, including nightly accommodation, CD featuring the legendary track Give Peace a Chance, breakfast in bed for two or buffet breakfast in Le Montrealais Restaurant, and calligraphies of the lyrics to Give Peace a Chance.
