Four Seasons Hualalai Makes Golf Unlimited

KONA, HAWAII –Avid golfers in search of the perfect blend of nature, challenge, and value can find their niche at Hualalai Golf Course at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. The Unlimited Golf Package includes unlimited daily golf and driving range access per night stay at the exclusive Jack Nicklaus Signature Hualalai Golf course, shared cart, and breakfast for two at Pahu i`a restaurant or through In-Room Dining. Package price starts at $980 per room, per night for travel August 25 – November 20, 2008, and December 1 – 18, 2008; and $1,060 per room, per night for travel now through August 24, 2008, and November 21 – 30, 2008. Golf Gives Back: Each year, the Resort hosts their annual two-day fundraiser “Run For Hope,” which includes a culinary event under the stars, 10K/5K Run and 5K Walk, a golf scramble, and tennis tournaments. Since the Hawai`i inception of the Champions Tour event at Hualalai (1997), the tournament has made a rewarding charitable impact on the local community. Nearly $500,000 has been donated to various organizations including the Rotary Club of Kona, Kealakehe High School, and Big Island Junior Golf programs. Donations from the tournament have helped support turf renovation of the Kona soccer fields, and most recently, acquired state-of-the-art equipment for the Kona Community Hospital in an effort to diagnose and detect kidney stones. The 2009 Champions Tour event dates are Thursday, January 22 – Saturday 24, and is slated to be televised worldwide on The Golf Channel.
