Four Seasons Residence Club Opens Phase II

By Pardhasaradhi Gonuguntla

PUNTA MITA, MEXICO – Four Seasons Residence Club Punta Mita announced the unveiling of Phase II of the resort- with 15 new fractional homes available to owners on January 15, 2009. Adjacent to Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, the Residence Club has generated excitement and demand from the day it broke ground in June 2005. Four Seasons remains committed to raising the bar for luxury, service and amenities at this premiere destination, located in one of the most desirable gated master planned residential developments in North America.

“We’re so pleased that sales have continued to remain constant with over 50 per cent of Phase II inventory having sold out in advance of the scheduled opening in January – quite a testament to the lure of Punta Mita and the magic that it inspires.” said Paul White, Vice President Residence Clubs, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Demand for Four Seasons Residence Club continues to grow as consumers seek value, a lower cost basis and a carefree way to own a fully furnished vacation home in a service-rich environment. The success of Four Seasons Residence Club Punta Mita is fuelled by many additional factors, including the much-anticipated opening of a second Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and an expanded Kids for all Seasons program. Residence Club owners have full access to the acclaimed services and amenities of the adjacent Four Seasons Resort, including white sand beaches; several pools, multiple restaurants, the Resort’s Apuane Spa and fitness centre, separate facilities for children and teens to keep younger vacationers busy – and of course, Jack Nicklaus Signature golf. Fishing, water sports and whale watching are among the many activities available at the Resort.

Situated in an exclusive private enclave on the northern tip of Banderas Bay, Four Seasons Residence Club Punta Mita enjoys easy air access into nearby Puerto Vallarta. Created by renowned Mexican architect Diego Villasenor, and ranging in size from 1,900 square feet to over 3,100 square feet, each of the two, three or four bedroom penthouse fractional homes include designer finishes, luxury appointments – with gourmet kitchens replete with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, large terraces with private plunge pools and outdoor showers. All villas come equipped with 50-inch plasma screen TVs, Bose 3-2-1 Home Theatre sound systems and a Sony PS3.
