Gansevoort Hotel Group and nightlife impresario Victor Drai have teamed up to create a Las Vegas experience unlike any other.
Opening in early 2014, Gansevoort Las Vegas will be an intimate urban resort taking the place of Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon at the heart of the Strip.
Redefining the boutique hotel experience, Gansevoort Las Vegas’s guests will experience the brand’s high standard of style and service firsthand with VIP treatment at the only stand-alone boutique resort on Vegas’s Strip. After a $185 million renovation, Gansevoort Las Vegas will emerge as the only intimate property among the Strip’s mega-hotels. Following the success of Gansevoort Park Avenue in New York, Gansevoort Las Vegas will be the fourth installment of the luxury hospitality brand. Designed by Tandam Las Vegas, the hotel will feature 188 Persian apartment-style guest rooms, including 19 suites.
Gansevoort Las Vegas plans to epitomize upscale energy with its welcoming lobby featuring a bar, ultra-lounge, retail outlets and a 40,000-square-foot casino. Located on top of the hotel, Drai’s Beach Club and Nightclub will offer a unique upscale lifestyle experience, complete with a 65,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor nightclub, rooftop pool and panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip.
Returning to its former glory, After Hours by Drai has a discreet underground and intimate vibe that set a new standard for nightlife entertainment as well. “Drai’s After Hours has been a staple of Las Vegas nightlife for the past 15 years,” says Victor Drai, its creator and founder. “I’ve successfully raised the bar for [the late-night entertainment] experience with each new venue I’ve launched.”
Rounding out the guest experience at Gansevoort Las Vegas will be a destination restaurant overlooking the Strip.
