Playing Dr. Derek Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy has paid off for Patrick Dempsey. McDreamy was the first one to rush to the side of a female staff member at the Hotel Guanahani on St. Barths when she drove an electric car into a huge flowerpot after being so mesmerized by Dempsey’s good looks. Thankfully the staffer wasn’t injured. (Earlier this year Dempsey helped pull a teenager out of a mangled car the high schooler flipped in front of the actor’s Malibu home.)
Dempsey, accompanied by his wife and children at the luxe Caribbean resort, enjoyed family breakfasts at the restaurant Indigo, frolicked on the beach and slipped away with his better half for a boat excursion. Dempsey never had to decide which of the hotel’s top two suites to stay in because he booked both. Halfway through his visit, he moved from the gorgeous Serenity Suite with a private pool to the even more stunning Admiral Suite with direct access to a private beach.
