Antibes, France – Reported by Elite Traveler, the Private Jet Lifestyle Magazine
Following its seasonal closing, the legendary Hôtel Du Cap-Eden-Roc re-opened on Friday, April 15 to unveil two brand new suites, five new deluxe rooms and more.
Located on the southern-most tip of Cap d’Antibes, the property is in the midst of an ongoing $64 million restoration project, whose enhancements makes Hôtel Du Cap-Eden-Roc even more appealing to luxury travelers, royalty and celebrities staying on the Riviera.
The two new one-bedroom suites, located on the third floor, feature balconies with stunning garden and sea views, lounge spaces and dressing rooms. The suites, along with the five new deluxe rooms, include a private bar as well as LED TVs with an iPod station. All of the bathrooms also have under-floor heating and a traditional faucet by Collection Axor Carlton from Hans Grohé. They are beautifully adorned with a selection of marble, including pink Portuguese marble, Marfil and Bourgogne stone.
In addition to the new rooms and suites, the hotel’s coveted Eden-Roc Suite has been completely renovated to include new décor and furnishings as well as a lush garden, wooded pergola and Jacuzzi on its 2,690-square-foot terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea views of the Lerins Islands.
These most recent renovations come on the heels of a new villa, Villa Eleana, which debuted in 2010. The two-level structure, offers three bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, private outdoor swimming pool and garden. Guests are able to arrange private lunches or dinners in the villa, and can have their every need attended to by its dedicated staff, including a personal butler.
