Hyde Hollywood Beach is a $240 million project that was just approved unanimously by city commissioners.
The highly anticipated project is the collaboration of Florida’s largest developer Jorge Perez of The Related Group, with LA-based hospitality mogul Sam Nazarian of sbe and developer Edgardo Defortuna of Fortune International. The project located next to the landmark water tower will bring a new scene to Hollywood with a chic beach club and interior designs by Brazilian designer Debora Aguiar and model residences by Artefacto Home.
The Related Group and Fortune International, two South Florida real estate powerhouses, are collaborating with acclaimed Los Angeles-based hospitality group sbe, to unveil the chic, beachfront sales gallery for Hyde Resort & Residences in Hollywood Beach.
Related and Fortune lead as co-developers of Hyde Hollywood Beach, which is also Related’s third brand collaboration with sbe, demonstrating the power of the brilliant partnership. Earlier this year, Pérez and Nazarian celebrated the groundbreaking and sell out of SLS Brickell with French designer Philippe Starck, and just recently launched the ultra-luxury brand SLS Lux. With Fortune leading in sales on all developments, the companies have seamlessly worked to quickly sell out Related’s luxury condos. Now as co-developers at Hyde Hollywood Beach, their proven success will be shown at the debut of the new brand and residences, which are already 85% reserved.
The 40-story beachfront tower has 40 condominium residences and 367 condo hotel units. Located at 4111 South Ocean Drive, Hollywood Beach, just north of Miami, Hyde Hollywood Beach owners and guests are granted access to a posh beach club with private cabanas and a thriving cultural environment.
