The Blue Restaurant and Grill serves a selection of international cuisine with no official set menu, as all dishes are made to order. Guests are provided a list of the fresh produce sourced that day and then collaborate with the chef to create their perfect meal. Turkish, Lebanese or truly local Egyptian cuisine can be sampled at Osmanly, the hotel’s Ottoman restaurant which is fully equipped with a traditional Egyptian bread oven and show kitchen.
