Apsleys – a Heinz Beck Restaurant at The Lanesborough, the fastest London establishment to earn a Michelin Star, announces an exclusive collaboration with Champagne Krug, producer of the world’s finest vintage and non-vintage cuvees. The nine-course Tasting Menu will be available just in time for the holiday season, beginning November 22, 2010.

Chef Heinz Beck’s Krug Tasting Menu symbolizes The Lanesborough’s commitment to offering bespoke experiences in an unforgettable setting. The 9-course menu features the finest ingredients, and is comprised of dishes such as scallop carpaccio with pea and artichoke vinaigrette, risotto with oysters and champagne, as well as foie gras with mushroom consommé. Each course is paired with a with a rare Krug vintage.
