LPS organizers are glad to welcome new countries exhibiting for the very first time at the show, such as Austria, Latvia and the Bahamas. Olivier de Treglode, organizer of LPS Shanghai 2013: “Year after year we see more and more countries joining our shows, reflecting the fact that Chinese property buyers are increasingly considering a wider range of countries as investment options. Australia, North-America, Western Europe and South-East Asia were the first regions to join our Shows and they still remain favorite options for Chinese investors.

“However we are now witnessing a growing interest from Chinese buyers toward new regions, such as in Latin America, The Middle East and Eastern Europe. The leading real estate companies in these markets are now eager to enter the Chinese market and develop here.”

The world’s leading real estate brands will once again exhibit at the show, thanks to the participation of several companies affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty, Savills, Colliers, Re/Max, Alain Pinel and Harcourts, as well as many high-end boutique luxury real estate firms specialized in their local markets.

LPS will also showcase some of the most ambitious luxury developments in Greater China, especially those located in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Jiangsu, Sichuan and Yunnan.

“Luxury real estate is a very competitive market in China, and Chinese investors are more and more demanding regarding the quality of the projects: from the location to the architecture, interior design and quality of the construction,” says Ashley Woo, China market specialist at LPS Shanghai.

“This year we are proud to present some truly unique and very high-quality new luxury residential projects located all over China’s most popular regions.”
