The Oetker Collection has announced the opening of its latest build, L’Apogee Courchevel – a five-star ski resort located in the French Alps – in just one month’s time.
L’Apogee, the seventh masterpiece Hotel of the Oetker Collection, is set to open on December 11, 2013, becoming the newest five-star hotel addition to the popular ski village. This hotel opening marks the Collection’s first ski resort – turning its portfolio into one that remains relevant for all four seasons.
L’Apogée Courchevel
Offering breathtaking views of Courchevel village, the hotel is nestled in the heart of the exclusive Jardin Alpin in Courchevel 1850, the highest and most exclusive point of The Three Valleys.
The hotel, located at the foot of the ski slopes, offers private access to the slopes and will function as a ski-in ski-out resort. It will be comprised of 33 suites, 20 double rooms and a spectacular penthouse with Jacuzzi and terrace.
Located next to L’Apogée is a private, exclusive chalet with five bedrooms, a spa and its own home cinema. The resort also offers a signature restaurant overseen by Chef Franck Ferigutti with an on-site caviar bar, a 7,000 square foot state-of-the-art spa and a kids’ club.
The trendy new ski resort in the French Alps is considered one of ‘the’ places to ski and be seen, attracting an upscale audience with big names and high social status including celebrities, socialites, and other affluent individuals seeking a luxurious winter getaway.
The starting rate for in the low season is $1,198 for a Deluxe Room, with suites starting at $2,396.
