Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya, Mexico launches its Wellness Yoga Retreat, a four-day holistic program taught by a skilled team of in-house yoga instructors and offered for both novice and advanced students from June 24-27, 2010 with future programs scheduled August 26-29, 2010, September 23-26, 2010 and October 21-24, 2010. Group programs can also be arranged anytime throughout the year for four or more individuals.
Guests will have an opportunity to enjoy a relaxing break at this AAA Five Diamond hideaway resort located on Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula while restoring their mind, body and soul. Throughout the weekend, guests will experience Asana and Pranayama yoga sessions, diet and nutrition class, quiet time for meditations and bask in the luxurious accommodation at Mexico’s most sophisticated resort.
The Wellness Yoga Retreat comprises:
-Luxury accommodation for three nights in a Selva guest room with garden and water canal views
-Daily yoga classes in the morning and afternoon with highly experienced instructors and designed to accommodate both beginner and experienced yoga students
-Daily guided meditations
