Maybourne Hotel Group, London’s leading owner and operator of renowned luxury hotels Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nathalie Seiler-Hayez as General Manager of the famed Connaught hotel in Mayfair.
Nathalie Seiler-Hayez brings a wealth of international experience in the luxury hotel industry and most recently held the position of General Manager of the Regent Grand Hotel in Bordeaux, France. A seasoned veteran in the luxury hospitality business, Nathalie Seiler-Hayez’ knowledge of sales & marketing and operations as well as general industry expertise, will be a great asset to the hotel. Her previous experience includes extensive work in Paris and New York for companies such as Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, Concorde and Regent.
Born in Switzerland, she is fluent in English and French and is a graduate of the prestigious Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, from which she holds a degree in International Hospitality Management.

The Connaught, one of the world’s most cherished hotels, is a London landmark which has recently undergone a £70 million intensive restoration and renovation program. The Maybourne team has worked with some of the world’s leading designers to bring this unique Mayfair gem into the 21st century while preserving its authentic elegance and distinct personality. Amongst the new facilities added to the hotel are private dining rooms and a small ballroom seating 100 persons, an Aman Spa with five treatments rooms, an indoor pool and a fully equipped gym.
