Brent Baum, trauma specialist and author, leads Holographic Memory Resolution (HMR) in March and September 2009. A five-day workshop, HMR was developed by Baum over 15 years as he worked with trauma survivors from all walks of life. This workshop is designed to teach participants to move beyond the past by resolving emotions associated with traumatic events.
AYURVEDIC INTENSIVE
Miraval Arizona will offer Ayurvedic Intensives with Sarah McLean and Clinton Horner in March and October. This 4-day retreat is designed to help participants discover balance, joy, and health everyday. Translated as the science of life, the ancient Indian tradition of Ayurveda explores an individual’s unique make-up of nature’s elements and how they influence us.
Retreats include accommodations at Miraval, three gourmet meals daily, non-alcoholic beverages, unlimited access to all scheduled programs and activities, and three spa services per guest.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Miraval Arizona also welcomes spiritual counselor Nancy Furst on a monthly basis. Furst will offer Crystal Healings, a 90-minute session where stones and crystals are placed on the body in accordance with the chakra system to facilitate healing, transformation, and spiritual connection. In total, 200-300 jewel-like crystal stones are used to cover the body and feet. An incredibly unique experience, Furst has already won rave reviews from clients.
SOUL JOURNEYING + ENERGY WORK with MARINE SPRING
Another new addition to Miraval Arizona, Marine Spring is a professional certified coach and Brennan Healing Practitioner. Brennan Healing Science combines healing techniques with spiritual and psychological processes touching every aspect of life.
