Amazing harborside view in Sydney
If you’re looking for the best possible view of Sydney’s fireworks and an evening of dance music to see in the New Year, Sydney Opera House is the place for you.
The venue, which celebrated its 40th year in 2013, is hosting NYE Party at the House, featuring Australian chart-topping duo Sneaky Sound System, and a specially designed menu by TV chef Matt Moran.

The options for New Year’s Eve in New York are endless, but for an evening of something a bit different, head down to Isola Trattoria & Crudo Bar at Mondrian SoHo’s cocktail party, where live jazz music and burlesque shows are on offer.
Guests will enjoy an evening of entertainment, including live music from Brian Newman, noted for being Lady Gaga’s go-to jazz player, and burlesque shows by dancer Angie Pontani. Table packages are on offer at the venue and will include platters of assorted sampling dishes.
