(Portsmouth, NH) Alpha Flying, Inc., Portsmouth, NH, has appointed H.L. “Skip” Hockman Sales Specialist for its PlaneSense Fractional Ownership Program, following continued growth in its primary operating area, formerly east of the Mississippi. It has recently been expaned westward to include parts of Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma. In addition, responding to requests from PlaneSense Program participants, the number of airports served in the Bahamas has been increased from twelve to nineteen. Flights within the primary operating area do not incur a fee to re-position the aircraft, resulting in lower costs to the owner.
Says Pat Reed, Vice President Sales & Marketing, “The addition of a new Sales Specialist is in response to the accelerating growth of the PlaneSense program in general, as well as the burgeoning demand for PlaneSense service in the South Central states, especially in Texas. Skip has been a proven “trailblazer” in building sales territories and increasing revenues for a number of prominent business aviation companies and is an ideal fit to join our team of Sales Specialists in covering our extended sales territory.
These days, we see much more interest in fractional ownership and its economic advantages over other forms of aircraft use, as companies rethink their positions in business aviation. And with the world’s largest fleet of fuel-efficient Pilatus PC-12 turboprops, we feel we have a strong competitive advantage in this arena.
