WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA — Founder and former owners of Pleasant Holidays, a major operator of mass market travel to Hawaii is going upscale with the launch of a new private jet service, according to local reports.
Ed and Lynn Hogan have created POSH Private Jet Holidays, which features vacation packages from Van Nuys Airport to their 27-acre Royal Lahaina Resort on Maui’s Kaanapali Beach.
POSH, according to reports, is a private jet charter program that provides luxury transportation for elite business travelers, celebrities, and sports figures anywhere in the world.
POSH will operate a new Gulfstream 450 flying into Kahalui Private Jet Center and seven-night packages will start at $6,000 including air and oceanfront accomodations.
“Whatever our customers’ requests, we offer exceptional concierge and onboard services and amenities, including a selection of onboard games, CDs, DVDs, reading materials, and other entertainment options,” said Ed ogan.
Meals will be catered to order and served on quality china, fine Baccarat crystal and Cristofle silverware. The bar is stocked with the passenger’s favorite refreshments and is open throughout the flight, with a cabin attendant on call at all time.
The PAL private jet fleet operates from Clay Lacy Aviation at Van Nuys Airport near Los Angeles.
