A Private Midnight Dinner in Le Grand Palais

This story originally appeared in the November/December 2017 issue of Elite Traveler.

The awe-inspiring domed glass roof of Le Grand Palais is as magnificent as the exhibits and fashion shows it holds within, and the building makes a divine setting for a private midnight dinner. The historic Art Nouveau hall was built in 1900 and is one of the most iconic monuments in all of Paris—and as a result it is a hot spot for tourists. Avoid the crowds with private access after hours for a sumptuous five-course dinner catered by Potel et Chabot and paired with Cos d’Estournel 1982-1988 wines.

The menu will be created to your exact preferences, be it langoustine in coconut mist, chestnut-glazed turbot or pistachio crème brûlée. Can’t decide what to wear? La Réserve Paris’s butler will collaborate with a personal shopper to provide guests with a dress and tuxedo from a couture fashion house.
