Celebrating Raffles’ 125th Anniversary in true tradition and style, Raffles Dubai takes guests on a nostalgic culinary journey through the centuries at the intimate Fire & Ice restaurant. Raffles Spa is also offering a chance for guests to experience exclusive signature treatments – The Egyptian Gold Facial and Lavender Indulgence – to honor the anniversary with decadence and luxury.
Beginning in October, Fire & Ice is introducing gastronomic specialties selected from a collection of cookery books dating back as far as 1861. Dishes include: a refreshing French Salad with Roasted Angus Strip loin and Fingerling Potatoes, a recipe from the book “A new system of Domestic Cookery” published in 1861; a Beef Steak Pie with Mushrooms by “Mrs. Beeton’s Cookery Book and Household Guide” published in 1896; and a delicious and traditional Baked Pears with Custard dessert, from Beeton’s “Englishwoman’s Cookery Book” published in 1872. The recipes will be changed monthly to suit the changing seasons and product availability.
Dating back to the Middle Eastern Dynasty trade routes, Gold, was revered for its luxury and its use to maintain youthful skin began to flourish. Raffles Spa has re-introduced Gold to the world of beauty by offering the 24-Karat Gold Facial Treatment to rejuvenate the skin for glowing, radiant results. The Egyptian Gold Facial is 90 minutes and costs approximately $517.

Raffles Spa also invites guests to discover Raffles Lavender Indulgence, a luxurious spa treatment created for the 125th Anniversary using only NEOM organic essential oils. The treatment begins with an inhalation of the luxury oils infused with Lavender Rosewood and Jasmine followed by a deep exfoliation body scrub to refresh the skin and a full-body massage to sooth and moisturize. Raffles Lavender Indulgence is 90 minutes and approximately $190.
