Raffles Dubai’s Fire & Ice Opens with Revamped Menu

Raffles Dubai’s famed restaurant, Fire & Ice, recently reopened with a revamped menu that is guaranteed to turn heads with fresh ingredients and fascinating flavors. Chef Jan has taken over the helm of Fire & Ice, utilizing his broad international knowledge to create a delectable menu for diners to enjoy.

The new menu consists of various offerings that are guaranteed to suit every palate. Diners can chose from a variety of meats, seafood specialties and vegetarian options, each made with only the freshest ingredients. Menu favorites include the Persian Feta Salad, which consists of smoky eggplant caviar, watermelon, piquillo peppers and basil. Meats are prepared for your liking, including Wagyu marble score 5+ from Australia and grass fed and dry aged “Irish” beef. The premium Black Angus beef is dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 21 days, ensuring diners taste every bit of the meat’s flavor. Fire & Ice also offers grilled tiger prawns, Canadian lobster or seared foi gras to compliment any choice of meat.

Fire & Ice’s Signature Mix Grill is a much-loved addition on the menu. The new option offers a variety of meats and seafood delicacies designed for sharing and include a whole European lobster, wild tiger prawns, ocean trout filet, Angus tenderloin, spatchcock corn-fed baby chicken and lamb chops. Diners also have the choice to end their meal with a delicious caramelized lemon tart topped with iced ginger milk or with a milk chocolate brulée bar, cocoa almond streusel and caramel.

The restaurant’s wine list consists of more than 700 wines with 40 wines available by the glass, offering the best of both old and new world flavors. Fire & Ice’s award-winning Sommelier will be on hand to recommend the finest wines to compliment each course for a customized dining experience.

The Fire & Ice menu will change every season, providing diners with the freshest ingredients and flavors each season. Each month will have a traditional monthly special beginning with oysters in September. Visit Fire & Ice from September 1 to September 14 to celebrate the unique characters found in each type of oyster, varying in texture, flavor and finish.
