Seychelles – Reported by Elite Traveler, the private jet lifestyle magazine
Prince William and his bride Kate Middleton have been spotted spending their honeymoon on the tropical island of Seychelles. To honor their nuptials, recently opened Raffles Praslin Seychelles is offering a royalty-inspired honeymoon package.
Taking off from the main island of Mahe, the royal treatment starts with a 15-minute helicopter ride over the Indian Ocean which brings guests to the 86-villa resort. Inside their extravagant accommodations, guests are greeted by spectacular ocean views, a private plunge pool and a discreet butler available around the clock, who upon arrival is ready with champagne and a drawn bath. The next day, after an in-villa or Losean Restaurant breakfast, the couple is treated to a private guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage site Vallée de Mai.
In an open-air room overlooking the water, newlyweds can further unwind with a luxurious 90-minute spa treatment, including the applauded Pure Pearl that features therapeutic grade pearl powder that exfoliates the skin with a blend of organic ylang ylang and bergamot essences. Follow up the pampering with a three-course dinner for two on the beach.
The package starts at $1,500 per night for a three-night minimum stay.
