Taking place on October 25-27, 2013, this retreat is a perfect holistic wellbeing program to relax your body, mind and spirit with two masters: Michael Paul Stephens and Mutsumi Adachi.

Starting the first day with an introduction talk on the art of holistic wellbeing along with yoga practice and a healthy meal, guests will then learn the art of self-awareness in a workshop before receiving a customized Reiki and tarot readings to explore your energy, potential and wellbeing.
On the second day, sadhna with yoga and pranayama are offered at the beach and a mindscape workshop will demonstrate how to nurture harmony within you and in your relationships personally and professionally.
During your stay, you will also be pampered with signature Amatara massage before the third-day group talk on Reiki and a group workshop with pure essential oil and mandra meditation.

This retreat is a limited offer. Rates are THB40,000 per person for single occupancy and THB34,000THB per person for double occupancy. A deposit of 12,000 THB is required by October 15, 2013. A minimum of ten guests is required for this event.
