French designer Roland Mouret opened his first-ever flagship this week, in central London’s luxurious Mayfair district.
Located at 8 Carlos Place, opposite the Connaught Hotel, the stylish new space offers two floors of men’s and women’s fashion, in addition to housing the designer’s atelier, design workshops, studios and a showroom.
A line of unique products, exclusive to the store, will also be available—including such must-haves as a pair of Italian-made aviator sunglasses and limited edition cashmere sweaters for men, as well as the reissue of some of the house’s most iconic dresses for women.
“I am very excited about opening our first Roland Mouret flagship store and hope it brings the magic of avenue Montaigne into the heart of Mayfair and I am bracing myself for the challenge ahead, what a new brand should stand for in the 21st century,” said Mouret. “We wanted to offer our retail clients something unique and special in the store—our new house—and I hope we have created the environment in which to do that.”
