Bruce Schattenburg, Managing Director and Yacht Broker at The Sacks Group Yachting Professionals, is pleased to announce the sale of the 121-foot (36.9M) Tri-Deck Motor Yacht Morgan Star. Launched by Dutch shipyard Heesen Yachts in 1986, the aluminum-hulled Morgan Star underwent an extensive refit in 2002/2003, including the installation of new 16V Deutz main engines, and her equipment was updated further in 2006 and 2007.
“Thanks to her recent refits and the excellent care she has received over the years, Morgan Star represents an exceptional value to her new owner,” Schattenburg said. “We are starting to see a lot more activity in the market with buyers taking advantage of some outstanding opportunities.”
Morgan Star was a Central Listing for The Sacks Group Yachting Professionals’ Brokerage Division, which represented her owners in the sale. The yacht’s purchaser was represented by Rupert Connor and Marc Davidson of Luxury Yacht Group LLC in Fort Lauderdale and Antibes, France.
