Bruce Schattenburg, Managing Director and Yacht Broker at The Sacks Group Yachting Professionals, announces the sale of My Fair Lady, a 92-foot (28.04M) motor yacht designed by Tom Fexas and launched in 1992. “This yacht was an outstanding value and illustrates the opportunities for visionary buyers to take advantage of current market conditions,” Schattenburg says. He was the selling broker for the sale; the central listing broker was Cromwell Littlejohn of Merle Wood & Associates.
The new owner, who has renamed the Cheoy Lee PIXEL, plans to put her into The Sacks Group Charter Fleet following an extensive refit. There, his new charter operation will reap the benefits of working with TSGYP’s experienced Charter Specialists and Charter Marketing department.
“This beautiful, four-stateroom yacht will make an ideal charter yacht,” Schattenburg said. “With the new owner’s plans to refit and upgrade her, to hire a seasoned professional charter crew, and to work with The Sacks Group on implementing an aggressive marketing campaign, we anticipate PIXEL will be a highly successful charter operation.” Look for PIXEL’s charter debut in the Caribbean this winter season.
