The Sacks Group Yachting Professionals Brokerage Division is pleased to announce that the 124-foot motor yacht SEA OWL is a new Central Agency Listing. When she originally was launched from Delta Marine, this much-heralded custom yacht (ex-LADY LINDA) was named ShowBoats International’s “Best Motor Yacht of the Year”.

The yacht accommodates 8 to 10 guests in four luxuriously appointed staterooms, including a full-beam master suite with king bed, main-deck VIP and two queen cabins, all with en suite baths. Adding to the versatility of the layout is a convertible sky-lounge that doubles as a fifth stateroom, complete with full-size bath and separate shower.
“The yacht is ideally laid out for families with small children and/or grandchildren,” Schattenburg said. “The stairways and deck areas all have been modified for their safety. Facilitating SEA OWL’s impeccable service is a fully equipped main-deck galley and large crew quarters with four cabins accommodating up to eight crew members, permitting a one-to-one guest/crew ratio if desired. Technical spaces include a well-laid-out engine room for the twin 1,800hp MTU/DDEC diesels and a large lazarette with plenty of room for water toys.
