Koh Samui’s luxury villa estate Samujana has been awarded Property Report’s award for Asia’s Best Resort Residences 2015.
The award provided by Property Report – a leading luxury, real estate and architecture publication – recognizes achievements in residential real estate and is judged by a panel of independent judges and a rigorous assessment process.
Samujana opened in March 2012 and prides itself on being an exclusive private all-pool villa resort, offering a level of service unrivalled by five-star hotels.
This summer, Samujana will see the addition of eight new villas, part of a significant expansion project that will bring the collection of bespoke, hilltop properties to 33. Each villa has been designed by architect Gary Fell of GFab architects.
Kurt Berman, General Manager of Samujana said: ‘We are delighted to have been honoured with a number of awards since our inception, and to receive this prestigious Property Report award. There is an ever increasing appetite for luxury villa residences in Asia and the bar is consistently being raised, so it’s great to be recognized not only as the best resort residences in Thailand, but also as the best resort residences in Asia. We hope to continue to build on these accomplishments in years to come.’
Samujana villas range from 3 – 8 bedrooms. Rental prices start at $700 USD a night and sales prices start at $1.1m USD. For more information please visit www.samujana.com.
