San Antonio, Texas — Signature Flight Support today announced a new customer relationship program, Signature Status™,
launched at the 2010 NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers conference here, according to a press release received by Elite Traveler.
According to the company, Signature Status™ is designed to offer valuable benefits to operators, flight departments and aircraft owners by rewarding members’ loyalty to Signature’s U.S. FBO facilities.
There are three membership tiers: silver, gold and platinum, and every Signature Status™ member will enjoy escalating benefits as their percentage of visits to Signature facilities increases.
Member benefits include services such as guaranteed crew cars, preferred ramp parking, priority daytime hangarage,
GPU startup discounts, complimentary Hertz #1 Gold® membership and Signature QuickTurn™ services. Enrollment begins immediately and members will start receiving benefits on March 1, 2010.
Since the program is not based on fuel volumes, the size of the aircraft and subsequent uplift of fuel will not have an impact. The program is limited to turbine-powered aircraft flying on IFR flight rules and benefits are available at all Signature-branded facilities in the United States. Any aircraft, regardless of
its country of registration is eligible to apply. Applying for membership is simple through Signature Flight
Support Corporation’s website (www.signatureflight.com).
David Best, Chief Commercial Officer for Signature Flight Support Corporation commented: “Signature Status™ promises to reward our most loyal customers with value-added benefits and customer service that is second to none. Passengers and crews of aircraft owners, operators, charter or aircraft management companies can all benefit from Signature Status™ membership.”
