Eclipse Aerospace, Inc. recently announced the completion of an equity investment by Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. The new relationship with Sikorsky includes a Service Level Agreement, whereby EAI will utilize and leverage the vast core infrastructure of Sikorsky such as global supply chain support, global parts distribution, and various production restart resources. Coupling the Sikorsky resources with the extensive knowledge and proficiency of EAI engineers and technicians will create a stable platform for product support and assist in efforts to reintroduce production of the Eclipse very light twin-engine jet.

EAI is currently delivering the Total Eclipse twin-engine jet. These low time, like new, factory complete Eclipse aircraft come equipped with the new AvioNG Integrated Flight Management System, Flight Into Known Icing capabilities (FIKI), XM and on board color weather radar, and include a full “tip to tail” factory warranty.
