Snag The Ultimate Fantasy Father’s Day Gift For Dad

By Pardhasaradhi Gonuguntla

Chicago, Illinois – Reported by Elite Traveler, the private jet lifestyle magazine

When neither Old Spice, nor a Cohiba will cut it, give your dad something he’ll never forget: The Ultimate Fantasy Father’s Day Gift offers the perfect mix of flag football, fireworks and famed coaches on Chicago’s own Soldier Field.

Thanks to collaboration between Soldier Field and The Meetinghouse Companies, Inc., one lucky dad and 17 of his friends will get to battle it out under the lights of the famed Soldier Field stadium. With its upscale special events expertise, The Meetinghouse Companies has partnered with Chicago’s premier special events venue, Soldier Field, to put together a once-in-a-lifetime, unforgettable opportunity for sports enthusiasts, football fans and dads of all ages.

Your dad will be met by the valet at Soldier Field’s famous and exclusive Gate 0. Once inside the professional locker room, each guest will find his own locker adorned with a keepsake custom-engraved nameplate and personalized jersey. Add eye-black, some head-banging, get-you-pumped tunes and the legendary 1985 World Champions Steve McMichael and MVP Richard Dent—coaches for the day—to give a spirited pep talk, and then the fun really begins.

As dad, his teammates, and the opposing team of nine guys all exit the tunnel, breaking through the dense fog curtain, fireworks explode all around. The 1985 World Champion offensive guard, Tom Thayer, announces each player’s name as his photo and stats are displayed on the stadium’s state-of-the-art video boards. With both teams on the field, the toss of a commemorative coin puts the game in motion.

And so begins your dad’s real-life football fantasy—with all the bells and whistles. Just like a pro game, the scoreboard offers the crowd—each person playing can bring along four guests for support—in-game entertainment such as trivia, quizzes and little-known facts about both teams, the players and more.

The half-time show is a major production, complete with professional singers and dancers to perform an incredible 15-minute Chicago Review. A breathtaking fireworks display will finish off the game, along with an exclusive photo shoot and ball signing with Dent, McMichael and Thayer completing this very special day on the field.

After the game, enjoy a delicious gourmet “championship” meal, prepared by the stadium’s award-winning caterer, DNC’s Sportservice, alongside Coaches McMichael and Dent. Friends, family, and fans will have their own celebration too, in the Mezzanine level, enjoying a hearty stadium spread. The cherry on top is an exclusive, private VIP tour of Soldier Field.

Each player leaves with a fabulous gift bag, including a personalized duffel bag, a personalized commemorative coin, a Wheaties cereal box with dad’s face on the front, a high-end cigar, a DVD of the history of Chicago’s own 1985 World Champion team and a gift certificate for a post-game sports massage.
