Two new area restaurants, Ricard Brasserie & Liquor Bar and Bia Hoi Southeast Asian Street Food, are due to open in December under executive chef and restaurateur Tim Goodell.
Last season the resort enjoyed record-breaking sales of The Residences Viceroy Snowmass. The Related Colorado development closed on 50 residences, marking 66% of all sales in the Snowmass market.
